Presentation Format and Material Requirements
UFFC-sponsored conferences do not offer live streaming or live hybrid session formats. All technical sessions are conducted in person or by showing videos for those who cannot participate in person.
To support all registered participants and access to parallel sessions, all accepted presenters are expected to submit a pre-recorded video of their presentation by the stated deadline (typically 7–10 days before the conference).
Providing presentation materials in advance helps ensure a smoother, more reliable conference experience for everyone involved.
For presenters, it reduces last-minute stress and eliminates the risk of technical issues affecting your talk. For attendees, it provides access to parallel sessions and supports colleagues who are unable to travel. For conference organizers, it minimizes technical risk, avoids live-session failures, and ensures the program delivers what is promised.
This approach allows the conference to focus on high-quality in-person discussion while still extending the scientific value of the meeting beyond a single room, time slot, and time zone for those who attend remotely.
By submitting an abstract, authors acknowledge and agree to comply with these requirements and understand that failure to do so may result in restrictions on current or future participation in this conference.
