Load In / Load Out
Guidelines for folks entering via our Main Lobby or Marriot Connector. All booth items brought into the Raleigh Convention Center must be hand-carry only - items must be able to be moved by hand or by hand-pulled rolling bag/cart. Any items exceeding these general specifications (oversized or palletized items, etc.) must be handled by the shows contracted expo service provider (more information to come).
No metal flatbeds or metal-wheeled carts are permitted
Any rolling bags, wagons, handcarts, or flatbeds must transit floors via elevator – no wheeled items are allowed on escalators.
Parking for unloading is available at the paid curbside parking adjacent to the convention center, and at the adjacent padi parking decks.
The recessed bus lane on Salisbury St. is a shared space with public transportation - for safety reasons, under no circumstances should vehicles be parked or left unattended for extended periods of time in this lane, and any vehicle found to be obstructing the operation of the R-Line bus that uses the lane will be ticketed and/or towed.
No exhibitor shipments are to be sent to the Raleigh Convention Center.

Parking is available at multiple decks adjacent to the Raleigh Convention Center – see below for a guide to the local city deck options. Parking is also available curbside spots and third-party managed flat lots.

No packages can be sent to Raleigh Convention Center directly. All packages must be accepted and brought via Southern Expo Services (SES). Earliest shipment arrival date: September 8, 2026. Deadline to receive shipments is September, 25, 2026.
