Misun Hwang, MD, MSTR, MBA, is an Associate Professor of Radiology with tenure at the University of Pennsylvania and the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), a physician-scientist and endowed chair for pediatric ultrasound research at CHOP. As the Principal Investigator of the Translational Ultrasound Imaging and Therapy Laboratory, Dr. Hwang focuses her research on advancing novel acoustic biomarkers, advanced neurosonography, and image-guided therapies.
