Revvity
Ryan C. Gessner received a B.S. degree in 2008 in Physics from Acadia University in Nova Scotia, Canada, and a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from the Joint Biomedical Engineering Department at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill and North Carolina State University in 2013. He founded SonoVol in 2012 to develop high-performance ultrasound and multi-modality systems for preclinical imaging based on his graduate research. In 2022, SonoVol was acquired by PerkinElmer, now Revvity.
